Refunds & Cancellations
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, starting from the date after the day of delivery, for a full refund. It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in its original box and packaging. Please make sure your contact details & the correct amounts of the goods ordered are clearly stated so we can issue the correct refund. The refund will be issued once the goods have been received back to us and the condition of the goods has been checked. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods should be returned to the Seller within 7 days of delivery. You will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund if the Goods are in fact defective. You are responsible to return the products in the original packaging & should be clearly labelled with your contact details & the goods your are returning.
